Chloe Southern is a 25-year-old artist, songwriter, and producer whose music blends the raw honesty and lyricism of folk and the grit and urgency of rock. “The more I feel like I shouldn’t say something, or the more alone I feel in an experience, the more I know I need to write about it. Cause if I can't say it, I know someone else never will so maybe I can say it for them." She just released her latest single “Power Trip” with a feature music video.

She is the 2025 recipient of the BMI John Lennon Songwriters Award, winning with her song “Blueprints.” and the 2026 chosen recipient of the Abe Oleman BMI Scholarship. Chloe is from Boulder, Colorado and is now based in Brooklyn. She also shares her writing on her Substack blog, Kefi.
